Background

Originally from the north of France, Alexis has always been a great lover of history and politics, and eager to understand and explore the world. He began his studies in human resources before moving into business and marketing.

Entrepreneurial by nature, he launched his first recruitment business during his studies, combining his life as a student with that of a freelance recruitment consultant working with employment agencies.

After graduating, he decided to study abroad and settled in South-East Asia. He gradually specialized in IT and web technologies, taking advantage of the cutting-edge know-how and highly-developed technology hub in Asia.

After several positions in large outsourcing agencies, he decided to set up his own digital agency specializing in the creation of websites and mobile applications. He works on projects ranging from cybersecurity and machine learning to artificial intelligence and blockchain.

He spent several years in Asia, gaining professional experience in Vietnam, China, Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia, Laos and the Philippines.

After delivering more than 60 projects and giving more than 80 talks in less than 6 years, he received a takeover offer and decided to sell his agency to return to work in Europe. Attracted by the Slavic world, he worked on several projects in Poland before moving to Bulgaria.

Geopolitics

He decided to use both his skills in IT and geopolitics to merge them and found The Conservative Enthusiast™ platform.

With a team of editors, it has several thousand subscribers and produced over 300 articles and online courses in less than 3 years, as well as a series of interviews with all the leading figures in the French speaking conservative world.

Partly of Slavic origin, he decided to combine his knowledge of the Asian and European worlds, specializing over the years in Eurasian geopolitics, particularly Europe, the Balkans and the Russian world.

Using his technical skills and technological background, he stands out for his analyses, which are generally recognized for their quality and methodology, based on Open Source Intelligence combined with a large network of contacts acquired over the years.

Thanks to his central role within the European think-tank, he has a portfolio of over 600 contacts including (among others) journalists, writers, military personnel, police officers, civil servants, investors, analysts, cybersecurity professionals, intelligence officers and personalities from the political and metapolitical world.

Today, Alexis divides his time between Europe and Russia. He gives numerous interviews and speeches, and provides geopolitical analysis and educational content to inform the general public about history, geostrategy and geopolitical issues past, present and future.
